The TYT Capital Class-M Fund is our three-month cryptocurrency private equity investment fund that will be open to public investors on February 5th, 2018, and close for investment on February 16th, 2018. The fund will initiate on February 19th, 2018, and conclude its operation on May 19th, 2018. The Class-M Fund primarily focuses on mid- term momentum trading and short-term swing trading to secure mid-term and short- term profitability. The fund was previously caped at $150,000, but our high demand quickly filled the $150,000 cap within four days after we announced its release. After considering the current demand, and the short-term future outlook of the cryptocurrency market from February to May, we have decided to raise the fund cap to $550,000. TYT Capital looks to serve more investors, who might not have access to $20,000 liquidity; the minimum investment for the Class-M Fund is set at $5,000. We want to make cryptocurrency investment fund available to everyone, and we mean it. Thank you.
Tony Tian and Kekoa MacAuley,
TYT Capital LLC
My name is Tony Tian, the founder and primary fund manager of TYT Capital. It is my honor to thank you for your interest in TYT Capital, as we have attracted investors from North and South America, Europe, Asia, and everywhere around the globe. Here I want to update you with some information regarding TYT Capital.
The SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) requires businesses like us to register with respective state regulatory agencies to comply with all regulations of financial conducts. We have been working extensively with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance (TDCI) to provide our clients with the highest level of legal and regulatory support. The process has been delayed due to scheduling conflicts with lawyers, the TDCI, and therefore we have not received a formal confirmation that we can work with more investors on a large scale. We have been also finding ways to explore how we can work with non-accredited investors; Due to a regulation change within the state of Tennessee regarding cryptocurrency-based financial service, we have not received a clear response on that.
As a result, I am sorry to inform you that our funding process has been delayed. The Class-M fund that was originally scheduled for February now is delayed to April- May. I know the frustration that this brings you, and I understand. I would wish we could have started our fund on time, but as a legal representative of TYT Capital I must ensure that all business practices of TYT Capital must comply with all regulations.
We will update you on further information upon notice. Meanwhile, feel free to reach out to me at tonytian.co, where you can learn more about me and about how you can trade cryptocurrency yourself.
